Model is build from semi-manufactered parts by FSK company. Original version Mk.IX was modified to version Mk.VIII, which differs mainly by the shape of rudder. Spitfire went through several development phases given by the time of its creation. First flight took place in January 2003 with MP JET AC 25/25-26 motor with gearbox 1:5 and seven cells battery NiMH 720mAh. After year of intensive flying the model had a serious accident and after repairment it was equipped with new drive - PJS 550R, two cell LiPol Kokam 1500mAh (8C). As the model went through a number of flights the mechanical elements and control rods. At the same time it was equipped with the third version of drive system - MP JET AC 28/7-35D and LiPol 3S XPower 1050mAh.
